TERMS, CONDITIONS, GDPR (DSGVO)

1. General

All services provided by the Onlineshop Ritonka GmbH for the customer are exclusively based on the following general terms and conditions. Deviating regulations shall only apply if they have been agreed in writing between Ritonka GmbH and customers.

 

2. Contract conclusion

2.1. The offer of Ritonka GmbH is exclusively for customers resident or habitual in the European Union.

2.2. The order of the customer represents an offer. A contract comes into existence only after acceptance by Ritonka (Christian Jeschke). The customer will be informed of acceptance by e-mail.

 

3. Delivery times

3.1. All articles will be shipped immediately, if available from stock and only while stock lasts.

3.2. The delivery time is usually 3-7 working days and begins with the dispatch of the order confirmation. The indication of the delivery times is non-binding unless there is a different written agreement.

3.3. If the delivery is delayed, Ritonka GmbH immediately accepts the delay before the expiry of the delivery period, with the customer contact (if a valid address of the customer is present) and gets his consent to a later delivery. If the customer does not agree, he is entitled to withdraw from the contract. In any case, the statutory delivery period of 30 days from the order date is complied with.

3.4. Products with the designation "delivery date on request" may be connected with longer delivery times and can be obtained at any time from Ritonka GmbH.

3.5. In the case of delivery delays, e.g. as a result of force majeure, transport disturbances and injuries, as well as other events not foreseen by Ritonka (Christian Jeschke), can not be claimed against Ritonka GmbH.

 

4. Prices and terms of payment

4.1. All prices are inclusive of 10 or 20 VAT, plus applicable shipping costs.

4.2. In the case of delivery to a non-EEA country, the customer shall bear all import and export charges as well as any duties, fees and charges.

5. Payment, reminder and collection papers

5.1. Ritonka GmbH accepts the following payment methods: cash on delivery, bank transfer, PayPal, direct transfer.
In the case of the payment type transfer, the customer has to make the payment within one week after receipt of the order confirmation.

5.2 In the event of default, the contractual partner shall undertake the reminder and collection papers which are due to us, insofar as they are necessary for proper legal prosecution. In particular, in the case of the acquisition of a collection office, the costs incurred in this case shall be borne by the BMWFJ as far as these fees do not exceed the maximum rates of the collection offices.

 

6. Withdrawal

6.1. The customer can withdraw from a contract concluded within the distance agreement within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the delivery of the ordered goods.

6.2. It is sufficient if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within the deadline, without giving reasons. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are included in the calculation of the deadline. However, there are 7 business days (without Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

6.3. In the event of withdrawal, a full or partial refund of the purchase price will only take place on a case by case basis in return for the goods received by the Purchaser in perfect and original packaging.
