The delivery of your orders is handled by the logistics company's DHL, TNT and DPD

REFUND POLICY

1. Right of withdrawal

1.1.The customer may withdraw from a distance contract within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the delivery of the ordered goods.

1.2.It is sufficient if the declaration of resignation is sent within the deadline, without stating reasons. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are included in the calculation of the deadline. However, there are at least 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) available.

1.3.In the case of withdrawal, a total or partial refund of the purchase price will only take place train by train against return of the goods received by the customer in perfect and original packaging.

1.5.The costs of the return are at the expense of the customer. If the goods are returned freight prepaid, Ritonka GmbH is entitled to withhold or charge an appropriate amount.

 

Cancellation policy for German customers:

Withdrawal: The customer can revoke his contract within 14 days, without giving reasons in writing (for example, letter, fax, e-mail), or if the customer the thing before the deadline, by returning the goods. The period begins upon receipt of this information in text form. To maintain the cancellation period, the timely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient.
