1. Right of withdrawal

1.1 The customer can withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days after receipt of the delivery of the ordered goods.

1.2 It is sufficient if the declaration of withdrawal is sent on time without giving reasons. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are included in the calculation of the deadline. However, at least 7 working days (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) are available.

1.3. In the event of a cancellation, a full or partial refund of the purchase price will only be made step by step against the return of the goods received from the customer in perfect and original packaging.
